"Justice For All", 48x36 inches, oil on canvas, takes its place among the 27 paintings that comprise my exhibition... paintings about world and current events, cultural behaviors, and personal experience, all framed by covid's first two years here in the United States. "Justice For All" echoes the sound of locking jail cells in prisons whose demographic is largely, disproportionately, people of color. Covid finds its perfect hosts in this closed system. In this painting, "Justice For All", the prison bars are wing bones of Great Horned Owls and Golden Eagles
